Over two hours two hours and fifteen minutes to plug one tire ... and I'm still waiting! Mechanic was on phone more then over half the time and b.s.ing the other half.

1 mechanic on duty. Waited 3 hours to get called into shop for a 10 minute repar, then sat idle in shop for an hour.
