The food was awful...I ordered the fried chicken...tasteless and over cooked...and also seemed like it was hot from the microwave not from frying fresh... Been to this restaurant at other TA's and I know the chicken was not freshly cooked...plus our food came out about six minutes after we ordered...I even told the waitress that was really fast..the guys that were working in the back 10/13 around 1500 need some training...my husband said his food was horrible and his fries were cold as if they had been sitting for awhile..this is the absolute worse TA restaurant I've been too so far...they were out of big boxes so they had to put our to go order in all these small containers and cups...like wtf...it's the beginning of the week...why aren't you more prepared...smh..

Truck Service is a joke, called when I was parked at fuel island & was told there was no wait for tire service. Walked over to check in then was told there were 2 people ahead of me & there was a 2 hour wait because they were short handed. Only 2 mechanics on duty but 3 girls behind the counter complaining about their personal life!

If your hungry don't bother stopping at this crap hole. Restaurant closed, rude staff, filthy bathrooms, and over 30 parking spots blocked off up front for scalping purposes.

Loc hidden coming from Pilot, which had no parking after 2300. Missed stop & had to turn around at Walmart. Very dark/narrow loop leading to TS. Found parking though.

My soon to be wife has received calls from one of the mchanics. He stole her number from when she had work done to her truck. This is the sickest thing ever.
