Shout out to the male cashier at 10:00AM on 8/28/14! Their internet was down and lots of angry people stood in long lines to activate a pump, then in long lines again to pay. He was kind, courteous and evened offered a discount for the inconvenience! I'm a business traveler and will definitely stop on my way back through!

Roll through here every now and then. One of it's few attractive features is typically plentiful parking. I recommend the pilot on the same exit. Why? Simple- the staff on nights is pretty darn rude, the bathrooms are seemingly never clean, the prices on food from the store are outrageous (nearly $5.00 for an 8 oz tray of old looking vegetables and some ranch dressing.) and top it off with the service at the apple barrel being pretty mediocre.
Damn shame, most sapp bros are good, but there's always one that has to prove itself as the exclusion. Guess I found it.

The worst service that I've received in years. I thought that racism was in the past. But not in Percival, Iowa Sapp Brothers. Never to return!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
