I'm a truck driver. Pilot/Flying J is my regular go to spot. I have been disappointed lately by the Quality of service almost across the board. The stores are barely stocked and I find them dirty and unkept. This location was DIFFERENT! Very tidy, stocked, clean. Like most stores were back when Pilot and Flying J merged. The manager was WORKING, cleaning, stocking, at the register. I don't see that much anymore. I was impressed with him and the staff. WELL DONE!
If you want ANYTHING with your food, ie: cream, sugar, butter, jelly even napkins at the drive thru then ask, to save money they don't put them out. Ok, then why not ask Paying customers? The manager defends the lack of proper service. It was MY fault for not asking for it. Btw, the biscuit was crunchy and of course cold when I put that hard cold butter on it. Clean. Wi fi. Power.
