I won't lie, Pilot has some great places. Altoona is awesome as well as W Des Moines and the few MN locations I've visited. Usually in my passing through the clear lake area I stop at the south Kum N Go, and I see why! It's dirty, the subway employees were straight up rude, the stalls in the mens room are dirty and littered with garbage (bits of tp and paper towel, water bottle, lottery ticket.... If you can hold your bladder, go to the rest area by the Diamond Jo or Kum and Go or even Caseys across the street. If I myself was a pilot executive, I'd NEVER allow the name to be put on a mud pit.

I don't know who this last guy was or what diamond plated pussy he crawled out of but this place is not that bad I give it 3+ stars!

ATM down and no way to use Comdata card for food!! Fix it Pilot executives. Your the only store we can't use our card as debit at the register. Blah....
