Beware of this repair shop the mechanics do horrible work and put things back together incorrectly leading to further repairs.

I went to the store #602 for DOT annual inspection for the trailer on 06/21/22 around 730am. The mechanic name Cheyenne was able to start DOT inspection and she came up with trailer ABS light has solid light; therefore, she needs time to diagnose to find the problem and I agreed to continue the diagnose, after a few hour she came up with The problem was ABS module, and it didn’t balance the in and out voltage so she recommended ABS module replacement. She brought new module and sat next to me in the office and said “I’d replace the new module, if the problem persisted after I replaced the new module, you wouldn’t get charged for the module” good to check office camera for proof. If she wouldn’t said that to me, I wouldn’t continue with her to perform any diagnosis, due to I prefer to take it to trailer specialist. she was misleading me put my company in big financial loses. The problem was not fixed after she spent 10 hours to change the module, don’t understand why it took her 10 hour to replace the module. Then, she said the ABS harness cable need to replace, I understand how bad was the cable but I lost faith on her diagnosis because the module wouldn’t fix the ABS light problem. I paid $2071 for failed performance that didn’t fix my problem and lost the whole day work. Don’t come to these mechanics and get ripped off fellas! I feel like they are suitable for tire change only
