I've spent a couple years researching new vehicles and finally found one I wanted. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. I walked in and was immediately helped by one of the folks there. Britta Burbach was kind enough to help me over the course of time. Every email I sent, phone call I made, and any question I had was very quickly answered with great positivity and kindness. Though they didn't have what I wanted in stock since it was way too specific, but they were more than happy to help me custom order my dream car. Though it took some time it was well worth the wait. When it came in everyone in the dealer was so happy for me. They helped my pick the right protection plan and very efficiently got me through the mountain of paperwork. I was introduced to most of the staff and the service department. I felt like I was part of the Bismarck Motor Company family and had the best new vehicle buying experience I'll ever have. Thanks to everyone there. I highly recommend doing business with them.

Recently I purchased a new 2014 Honda Civic from Bismarck Motor Company. I appreciated the friendly expert advice and support provided by my salesman Brandon Curry. My Husband Jerry and I recently purchased a new Honda CRV at Bismarck Motor Company. We have bought many vehicles in our 32 years of marriage but, this was the easiest, most pleasant experience we have had yet! Our sales man Tom Briese even, personally delivered the vehicle to our business after purchase to make it easier for me. - I have been driving my new Honda for a few weeks and am in love!!! We contacted Bismarck Motor Company by email, were interested in the Honda Odyssey. Dave Atkinson answered my email promptly, we went to the dealership to meet him. There were no Odyssey's available but they were expecting a couple shortly. He helped us decide which Odyssey fit out lifestyle and since we wanted one feature, fog lights, that was only standard with features we did not need or want, Dave contacted the service department to find out the price and information about having them (Honda standard ones) installed on the new car. He went over and above to help us and save us money. When the Odyssey came in, we bought it. Every one we met at the dealership was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product.

I just traded my 2012 Nissan Rogue for a 2014 Rogue. I love the car & the service at Bismarck Motor Company is the best. My salesman was Brandon Curry & if you are looking for a different vehicle he is the man to see. When it's time for a different vehicle I know that's where I'll be going.
