February 19, 2019 DriverAlthough I have been gone away from the company for quite some time I STILL remember working for Schneider as though it was yesterday. I must admit that I DID have a few issues with the company. Being a woman driver already comes with its own issues, but being a woman of color working for the company had its downfall. Overall, it was a great place to work (back then)...can't let the...."issues" of others dictate how much money you can get. All jobs have these issues. I just never thought that I would have had a dispatcher that was that way. Coming into the company I KNEW I was going to have to work hard and show dedication, which was NOT an issue. Like I stated, overall (back then) it was a great place to work. In all my years of being OTR I have only worked for 2 companies, Schneider being one. Excellent benefits and bonuses. |

February 19, 2019 DriverThis is THE BEST company, my husband and I have ever worked for. They back EVERYTHING they tell you when hiring you and in orientation. I was skeptical at first, as every other company had told me the same things. Planners, dbl, definitely keep us rolling and completely respect when the weather creeps in and hinders us from moving. They state, you are the captain of your ship and, stand behind their drivers when we are uncomfortable to move because of weather or even illness. I will never go to another company and have finally found my forever home. Thank you Schneider for the opportunity to drive for you. |

February 19, 2019 DriverI havent been with SNI long. I had a bout of vertigo and i was off work for about 4 months. My DBL Scott Brown out of Des Moines, IA kept checking on me to see how i was doing. He helped me through the whole process. Im set to go back to work tuesday. I really want to thank those at the Des Moines OC for their concern about my health. It sounds like a few of the other OC's could learn from them. Keep up the good work Des Moines. |

February 19, 2019 DriverI worked for Schneider right out of trucking school. I went with Schneider because of their values on safety. Their Training was first-rate. I did the part-time gig and really liked it for a season. Their was a motorcoach company 10 min. from the house, I got my passenger endorsement and started carrying groups all over the US. I will always be thankful for my experience with Schneider! |
