Rider Policy:
• Must be over 12 years of age
• Pay for insurance:
o $15 a month or
o $150 for the entire year
Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a current valid Class A CDL, not licensed in a monopolistic state (ND, OH, WA, WY,
Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands).
• Must have a current valid DOT physical.
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment screen and all Orientation Training Requirements.
• Must be able to pass a road test
