CDL-A Dedicated Local Truck Driver Benefits:
- Competitive pay:
- Average $1,210 per week / $62,920 per year
- Starting pay is $22 per hour
- Top pay $23.50 per hour reached within 18 months
- Average 45 - 70 hours per week
- Home daily
- Work 6 days per week, depending on customers' needs
- Must be willing to work day or night shift based on customers need
- New drivers will most likely start working nights, scheduled start times are approximately 11 p.m.- 1 a.m.
- Night schedule starts Monday night for a Tuesday morning delivery, the end of the week will be Saturday night for Sunday morning delivery
- Changing to day shift is based on availability and handled through seniority
- Some weekend and night work required
- Live unloading of reefers (customer will unload) at the customer's locations within a 150 to 275-mile radius of the West Palm Beach domicile
- Drivers may also have Wet load deliveries and backhaul pickups
- Making drop & hook dry van deliveries
- Must monitor reefer temperature

As a dedicated flex driver, you'll enjoy a steady schedule with variety in your routes each week, as well as a guaranteed minimum pay of $1,350 per week. Unlike our other dedicated accounts, our dedicated flex position offers a good balance of driving for multiple dedicated customers. As a dedicated flex driver, you'll enjoy a steady schedule with variety in your routes each week, as well as a guaranteed minimum pay of $1,350 per week. As a Dedicated Flex Truck Driver, you can expect: * Competitive pay: * Average $83,000 per year with a guaranteed minimum of $70,000 per year for experienced and trainee drivers (if available to work the entire week) * * Average $1,605 per week with $1,350 guaranteed minimum each week for experienced and trainee drivers * Starting pay is .56 cpm * Increase to .58 cpm at 6 months * Top pay of .60 cpm reached in 1 year * Student drivers average $60,000- $65,000 per year * Student driver (including GI Bill Program) starting pay is .50 cpm * Increases to .56 cpm after 1 year * Increases to .58 cpm after 18 months * Top pay of .60 cpm reached at 2 years * Miles will fluctuate depending on which account you are working on * Stop and loading/unloading pay (not all accounts) * Detention, breakdown, and layover pay when applicable * Company sponsored per diem program * Home weekly, drivers who wish to accept two-week assignments, with a 34-hour reset on the road, will receive an additional $200 in per diem Job Requirements: * Drivers must have Class A CDL * PAID TRAINING! * Short on experience? It could take the V.A. approximately 90 days to determine eligibility. * If you qualify for the Post 9/11 GI benefits, you are eligible to get up to 12 monthly payments from the V.A. while you receive on-the-job training. * You will receive 5 weeks of behind-the-wheel training at $1,000/week. During the remaining 46 weeks you will work with a mentor and leadership for follow-up training and communication. * Eligible Veterans will complete all required paperwork during orientation.
