JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Type: Over-the-Road

Driver Type:  Company Driver

Equipment Type:  Kenworth and Volvo tractors, 53’ Dry Van Trailers.  Tractors are governed at 65 mph.

Team Pay Package

Years Verifiable OTR Experience

• Solo rae - $0.75/mile ALL Miles, 5000 miles a week Guaranteed 
• Teams rate - $.85 CPM
• $3000 weekly minimum guarantee.

Paid by current version of PC Miler Practical Miles

Driver Personal Bond

• $400 Company bond taken out at $25 per week

Additional Pay

• Zero violation CSA inspections paid as follows:

           Level 3 - $25; Level 2 - $50; Level 1 - $50

• Stop pay $25 for first in transit stop; $30 for each in transit stop thereafter
• Detention pay is $20 per hour after the first three hours. Detention is paid in full one hour increments Bills must be signed with arrive and depart times. Layover is paid when detention exceeds contracted customer schedule
• Layover paid at $75 for 24 hours without dispatch, after second business day

* Base pay represents all miles paid to the truck.  Additional Pay is paid as “split pay” for the team.

Home Time Allocation

• 6 day dispatch = 34 Hours
• 14 days out = 2 days off
• 21 days out = 3 days off
