Job Details:  

• Dispatch daily rate: $28 - $34.50 per day 
• Route mileage rate: $0.51 - $0.64 cpm 
• Stop pay: $7 - $10.25 per stop 
• Unload pay: $0.35 - $0.42 per unit 
• Multi-family site unload pay: $0.44 - $0.52 per unit 
• Delivery service time: $0.40 - $0.46 per minute 
• Cross-docking: $15 per hour 
• Right-seat driving: $15 per hour 
• New hire training: $15 per hour 
• Safety training: $20 per hour 
• Holiday pay: $140 per day
• Drivers on this position over the last six to twelve months have average annualized earnings of $70,000
