Pay

2020 Pay Increase - Up to 2.5¢ per Mile
Minimum Pay Program - $1,100/week
Higher Pay for Shorter Hauls - with our adjusting pay scale. Drivers averaging 65 CPM
Safety Bonuses

Home Time and Equipment

OTR Routes - Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, and Midwest
Home Time — Home every other weekend for a minimum of 48 hours
No Touch Freight - 60% or more drop and hook
$500.00 Orientation pay for 2.5 days in class
Modern Fleet  - 2018 to 2021 Automatic Freightliner Cascadias
Truck Accessories - Refrigerator, FREE DirecTV and Sirius XM in all trucks
24/7 Road Service, E-ZPass and I-Pass

❖ CDL A
❖ 23 years old
❖ 6 months recent tractor trailer experience
❖ Meet DOT requirements. Pass company physical and drug screen
❖ No more than 2 preventable accidents and 3 moving violations in 3 years
❖ No major violations in 3 years. No DWI/DUI convictions in 5 years
