Our goal is to find professional drivers who have been operating their own trucks with success and who are searching for a company that will help them take the next step forward to increase the profitability of their operation.

Minimum qualifications
- Minimum 12 months driving experience in the previous 3 years or 24 months driving experience in previous 5 years.
- No more than 12 jobs in 3 years
- No more than 5 moving violations violations in past 3 years
- No more than 3 accidents in past 3 years with no more than 2 accidents occurring in the preceding 12 months
- No more than 2 truck abandonment listed in last 3 years
