JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 22 years old
  • 24 total months of CDL Class A driving experience
  • A minimum of 18 months in the last 3 years
  • Flatbed drivers need 1 full year of flatbed, step deck, or RGN experience within the last 3 years.
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • Maximum of 4 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • No more than one at-fault accident in the last 3 years

PAY

  • Van: .40 - .50 CPM based on experience
  • Flatbed: .45 - .55 CPM based on experience
  • .01 CPM anniversary pay based on safety and KPI’s
  • $200 Orientation
  • $20 detention per hour after 3 hours, if Paid by Customer
  • $25 stops
  • $50 tarp pay
  • $75 Layover after 24 hours
  • $75 NYC Surcharge
  • $100/day Breakdown Pay after full day
  • All tolls paid
  • Paid Bi-Weekly

BONUSES

  • $5,000 Sign-on Bonus = $500 at 6 months + $1,000 at 1 year + $1,500 at 2 years + $2,000 3 years
  • Driver Referral Bonus = $2,500 = $100 at 1st dispatch + $200 at 30 days + $200 at 60 days + $1,000 at 1 year + $1,000 at 2 years.
  • Platinum Mileage Bonus: .05 CPM for every ELD mile driven over 10,000 miles per month
  • Platinum Driver Monthly Bonus Program (paid one month in arrears)

    Be a Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum Driver 1 KPI Silver - 2 KPI Gold - 3 KPI Platinum

    o Paperwork Received within 48 hours including Billing, DVIR, and Omni Macro’s KPI .01 CPM

    o On Time KPI of 96% or higher .01 CPM
