We have been in business for 33 years and run 22 states in the Midwest from Texas to Pennsylvania. Our top drivers average 2500 to 3000 miles per week and get the home-time they want. Some of them get home every weekend. We are looking for OTR drivers, home at least every other weekend, sometimes weekly depending on where you live. We have 90 trucks, run all dry van, many drop trailers.
We offer a competitive pay package: such as detention, lay over, quarterly bonuses and an inspection bonus for passing level I,II, and III inspections. We own Kenworth, Freightliner Cascadias, Volvos, and Fitzgerald Gliders. Something for everyone.
Our Drivers are great and our Customers value that! That is why we pay our drivers well and our turnover is low. Starting pay is $0.50 to $0.52 per mile.
At least 25 years of age.
At least 2 years recent verifiable experience using same or similar equipment.
Must have valid CDL from state of residence.
Must pass road test.
Must pass DOT Drug, Alcohol and DOT physical tests.
Must understand all Hours of Service Regulations and be able to correctly log per DOT Regulations.
Must be able to read and write sufficiently to maintain records, and understand bills of lading, company notices and drivers manual and company policies.
Must be able to receive and follow driving directions.
Must possess a suitable work history. This includes the ability to serve customers, work with others and to show commitment to the company safety policy, operations, and paperwork considerations.
Must possess a suitable driving history. This includes no more than 3 incidents, accidents or moving violations on driving record in past 36 months.
