Some of them get home every weekend. We are looking for OTR drivers, home at least every other weekend, sometimes weekly depending on where you live. We have 100 trucks, run all dry van, many drop trailers. We offer a competitive pay package: such as detention, lay over, quarterly bonuses and an inspection bonus for passing level I, II, and III inspections. We own Kenworth, Freightliner Cascadias, Volvos, and Fitzgerald Gliders. Something for everyone. Our Drivers are great and our Customers value that! That is why we pay our drivers well and our turnover is low. Starting pay is $0.60 to $0.65 per mile.
