December 22, 2021 Smoke and mirrorsCame here with almost 4 million miles of driving. Equipment is not as great as stated. Have had to go home due to equipment breakdowns and lack of a proper plan of execution when this happens. No equipment = no work = low paycheck. All it feels like here is being a number and an 'ASS' to fill a seat. Communication is almost non-existent, as in my last dealings with HR was told what I needed, I did it, find out needed to do something else, I did it, to only find out later that that wasn't correct again and to try it again. Due to this lack of communication my family is not having a Christmas and losing our vehicle. The office personnel don't always answer the phones and you have to leave a message. They might get back to you in 1 to 3 days or not at all. Only reason I'm still here is I'm home everyday, for a paycheck, and my immediate coworkers are some great guys. |

December 19, 2017 Driver TrainerI have been with PTI 4 years now. They have been an excellent company to work for. Even though they are a bigger company they are family oriented, the office staff are excellent to work with. We aren't just a number out here and they truly care about the drivers. I couldn't ask for a better company to work for. |

December 15, 2017 Trainer/short haul driverI have been with PTI since Oct 2000. I live it here. Great company with a real family friendly atmosphere. DM's always treat you with respect, not as a warm body in a seat. Equipment is always well maintained and updated. Great company to work for. |

December 14, 2017 TrainerI've been here for 3 yrs. By far the best company I've worked for. My planner and DM take great care of me and my needs. The miles are great, it feels like a family environment, whoever answers the phone when i call is pleasant, and if they don't have the answer in need they'll get it. The biggest plus for me is that i don't sit. I'm always planned ahead. |
