Founded in 1991 with 4 trucks, NAPA Transportation, Inc. (NAPA) proudly celebrated our 25th year of business in 2016. Ron Accomando (Founder) founded NAPA with a specific vision in mind. He wanted to create a Driver-focused atmosphere that he had not experienced while working as a Driver himself. Ron envisioned a place where Drivers are treated with respect and not just known by their truck number. Proudly, we have upheld our Driver-focused values that contribute to our unique family culture.
NAPA’s family-owned and operated culture has become a significant part of our customer relationships. Our unmatched loyalty to our customers, and theirs to us, has enabled our continued growth and mutual success. Our competitive nature and think outside the box approach allow us to thrive with new challenges and provide our customers with value-added solutions.
Today, we operate over 1900 pieces of company-owned equipment (400 Trucks, 1500 Trailers) and proudly employ over 500 hard-working employees. Despite changes and challenges along the way, we have always remained true to the two fundamental principles that have paved the way for our success, our commitments to our Drivers and our Customers.

June 21, 2016 DriverBeen here going on three yrs now. That's gotta say something just by itself I've been with some real winner out there. They have always treated my wife and I fair great people in the office it's like family here see one of our trucks and just ask the driver. They'll tell ya. I stay busy all the time. I don't remember the last time I sat waiting for a load it just doesn't happen. Great company to work for very happy here. The only thing better I could ask for is my Lone Star.... |
